Ask for a price, approve the specifications, then pay the 70% down payment to confirm. Production starts after that.

Yes, but changes after confirmation may affect the price and delivery schedule.
Can I cancel a customized order?
Customized and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has started.
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects only. It doesn't cover damage from misuse, accidents or improper handling.
